The items listed in your order are digital PDF games supplied in a ZIP download, in English, in the stated paper formats. No physical item is shipped. You need a PDF reader and printer; a pencil and any additional materials are listed on the product page. Each kit includes its stated player pages, host instructions, hints and answers.
Your payment is a one-time purchase. The order total shown before payment and in your confirmation is the total charged in USD, including applicable VAT where due. Your card provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges. Your confirmation lists actual titles, quantities, kit versions, formats and paid gross amounts. It is an order confirmation, not a fiscal invoice.
The license permits personal use and printing for your own group. Do not resell, redistribute or publish the files.
The secure download becomes available after payment is verified. Individual download links expire after 15 minutes for security; expiry does not end your purchase entitlement. For help or a replacement download, contact quests@designcorp.eu with your order reference and the email used at checkout. Do not send card details.
You may withdraw from this purchase within 14 days after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. Email quests@designcorp.eu or use the website withdrawal form with your order reference and an unambiguous withdrawal statement. We will refund your payment using the same payment method within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. Downloading the files does not remove this policy or your statutory rights.
If a file is missing, damaged or does not match what was offered, contact quests@designcorp.eu. Your statutory rights concerning nonconforming digital content remain available. This policy does not restrict remedies required by applicable law.
