Optional email updates

If you voluntarily submit the email form, we send your address to Brevo so it can deliver a double opt-in confirmation. You are not added to the Birthday Beacon subscriber list unless you open the confirmation link. We do not import buyer addresses into this list.

After confirmation, Brevo keeps your email for the updates you requested until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Our server stores only a keyed, non-reversible request fingerprint for duplicate protection. Its retention window is 30 days; cleanup runs at startup, on each request and hourly while the feature is enabled. You can unsubscribe through any marketing email or contact quests@designcorp.eu.

Purchase and delivery records

After payment is verified, we retain the buyer email, billing country, order references, paid amounts, purchased item versions and contract snapshots in a protected order database for delivery, support and accounting. Your saved contract confirmation is included in the game ZIP and available as a separate private download after verified payment. Our company support team can send the original confirmation by company email for delivery or recovery help; a download page does not itself mean an email has been sent. Purchasing does not enroll you in newsletter updates. For access or privacy help, contact quests@designcorp.eu.

Optional analytics and ads measurement

Only when you choose Accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand consented visits and interactions, and the Meta Pixel to measure consented site page views and actual game product views, checkout starts and server-verified purchases. Each event uses the actual items and paid USD total.

Meta may receive your browser and device information, IP address, the page you viewed and the measurement events described above, and may set measurement cookies. We do not send Meta your email, Stripe session or payment identifiers, download token, or Advanced Matching data. The order page URL is stripped of its Stripe session query before Meta loads.

Before acceptance, or after you decline or withdraw, our site does not load either provider tag or send our measurement events. We do not enable Google Signals, Google ads personalization, fingerprinting or session replay.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember it. You can change it here at any time. Stripe Checkout collects payment details and a billing address for order and tax records. Payment and download records are handled separately from optional measurement and remain the source of truth for orders.
